REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Within any products sold, whether training or Shopify themes the full digital product is revealed with sensitive information that can't be unseen or unlearned or unused. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property contained within any digital product sold within wolfofshopify.com

CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICIES

Customers are given full customer support within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days the purchase of the product is no longer supported or 90 days within an update. If customer purchases and 90 days expire customer must wait for next update push to receive another 90 days of support. This is meant to give more than enough time to customers to learn and use the product and ask for as much support needed within a 90 day period of a purchase or an update.


AS A COMPANY WE DON'T SUPPORT ANY OUT-OF-THE-BOX CODING SUPPORT. WE DON'T RECOMMEND YOU MAKE ANY CODE CHANGES TO THE PRODUCTS GIVEN.

CUSTOMER PRODUCT UPDATE POLICIES

As long as a customer has paid for the product all customers will receive product updates by email. Product update emails are pushed out 3 times after product update to make sure all customers receive ample notification of theme update. For customers who haven't had the time to access the update customers can make a support request to receive the updated product.
